Participants had the opportunity to interact with multiple managers of a variety of departments, including Finance, Manufacturing, IT and Education.
“Our students are looking for jobs and our local businesses are looking for employees. We see this as a means of serving our community by building a bridge between employers and potential employees,” explains Ken Kuehler, President.
For students not currently looking for employment, Career Day creates an opportunity for local youth to learn about industries and careers located here in our community.
Career Day is part of the Comal Independent School District’s movement to increase opportunities for work-based learning experiences for students.
